Tapas Tour Seville Discover Tapas Like a Local

2 hours 30 minutes (approximately)
Offered in: English

This Tapas Tour is your crash course in how Seville actually eats. This is your most popular tour, and the one we recommend to anyone visiting Seville for the first time. If you don't know anything about tapas or Spanish food, or you already know your tapas but want to discover the real places where Sevillians eat, this is your adventure.

After meeting your guide in the heart of the city, you will experience the full arc of Seville’s food culture in a 2.5-hour journey. 3-4 stops with 4 drinks and +12 tastings, everything included. From a local tavern with ibérico product and cheese to a neighbourhood tapas bar with all the classics and some modern bites, to a proper Andalusian freiduría, ending at a sit-down market bar with featuring exceptional tuna products caught using ancient techniques. All paired with a proper local wine, beer, or what your guide recommends.

You will leave with a handful of favorite spots to return, plus extra recommendations from your local guide.

This is where the evening begins: a proper local abacería, the kind with no tourist menus and locals eating at the counter. Your guide introduces you to tapas culture and the Sevillian way of eating: standing up, sharing, taking your time. Cold drink in hand, something salty on the plate.

A classic neighbourhood bar that's been doing its thing for decades. This stop is all about the classics and modern tapas of Seville, the kind of bites you won't find on any tourist menu, at a place cherished by locals that visit everyday.

No food tour in Seville is complete without a stop at a proper freiduría. We visit one of the best on Calle Feria, where the fish goes straight from the market into the oil, served in a paper cone the Andalusian way. Crispy, light and absolutely worth the wait.

    Mercado De La Feria

We finish the evening the way any Sevillian would: sitting down at a market bar for the most comforting round of the night. Slow-cooked stews, Seville's most iconic dishes, and a proper dessert to close. The moment most guests say they could stay for hours (and you're free to do so after the tour ends!).
