Pickup is available from hotels, resorts, villas, Airbnb accommodations, and cruise ports in Montego Bay and surrounding areas. Guests should wait in the main lobby or designated pickup location at least 15 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.
Cruise ship passengers should provide their ship name and arrival details at the time of booking. Your driver will meet you outside the cruise terminal holding a sign with the lead traveler’s name.
Travelers are encouraged to bring swimwear, towels, sunscreen, sunglasses, waterproof phone cases, and a change of clothes. Participants may get wet during activities. Weight restrictions may apply for parasailing and certain watersports activities for safety reasons.
