We are sure that the most special thing about this activity is the authentic and personalized service. Traditional Tortillas

We will guide you in the process of preparing tortillas from scratch. We will teach you to prepare the dough and some of the traditional accompaniments.

We will teach you how to prepare delicious empanadas from scratch filled with special house side dishes, functional for vegetarians and vegans.

Everything you cook with your own hands will be served at the end so you can enjoy our delicious traditional recipes.

We are the owners of the Minisuper Las Brisas and Laundry so the easiest thing to do is to find us with that reference, we are located in Barrio Las Brisas, El Tanque de La Fortuna just 7 minutes from the center of La Fortuna.

What to expect

Learn how to prepare delicious traditional tortillas and empanadas accompanied by delicious local cheese, fresh chicken and special house beans. You can also enjoy an exquisite specialty coffee made in a traditional way or some other local drink to accompany the recipes that our ancestors have inherited and that we hope to share with you while enjoying a spontaneous conversation and sharing some of our lifestyle and culture.
