What's Included
Meeting and pickup
Guests who will be transferred from the airport to the hotel will be met by our staff at the airport arrivals exit gate, with their name and surname written on the welcome sign provided in the reservation.
Guests requesting airport transfer from the hotel will be picked up from the hotel lobby at the specified pick-up time and taken to the airport.We drop off guests who have booked a transfer from the hotel to the airport at the airport's departures entrance.
What to expect
Guests booking a private VIP transfer must first provide their flight code during the reservation process. Our vehicle will be waiting at the airport according to the flight's arrival time. Guests will be greeted by a sign displaying their name, their luggage will be loaded onto the vehicle by our staff, and they will depart for their hotel. Our air-conditioned vehicle offers comfortable and personalized transfers. A minibar containing water and non-alcoholic beverages is available and offered free of charge.
FROM HOTEL TO AIRPORT
Guests wishing to travel from their hotel to the airport must specify their hotel name and flight code during booking. We must leave the hotel at least 3 hours before the flight departure time. Our staff will pick up our guests from the hotel lobby. Luggage will be loaded onto the vehicle by our staff and we will depart for the airport; the journey will take 1 hour. A minibar is available in the vehicle, and water and non-alcoholic beverages are provided free of charge.
