What to expect
Check-out at 7:30 or 12:30 am, embark on an excursion in search of these majestic mammals. Watch their powerful breaths on the surface, their huge fins splitting the ocean and, hopefully, their impressive jumps out of the water. Mothers accompanied by their calves often offer scenes of incredible tenderness.
When the conditions are right, the experience takes on an even more extraordinary dimension: you can snorkel in the water to observe whales in their universe. Floating in the Pacific blue while a whale of dozens of tons silently glides nearby is a moment of rare intensity, mixing respect, emotion and wonder.
