The support is provided directly from your accommodation (hotel, riad or Airbnb) in Tangier or in the vicinity near the city center.
* Pick-up time: The exact time will be confirmed to you the day before departure by message or WhatsApp.
* Pick-up location: In front of your hotel or at a nearby access point if the vehicle cannot access certain alleys (especially in the medina).
* Type of vehicle: Comfortable air-conditioned vehicle (car, minivan or minibus depending on the size of the group).
* Private or shared service: Support is organized according to the type of reservation (private or group).
* Driver contact: The driver's contact information will be shared before departure to facilitate communication.
* ⏱️ Delay tolerance: A short wait is possible (10–15 minutes) in case of unforeseen events, please notify in advance.
* Covered areas: Tangier center, port, train station, hotels, and some accommodations on the outskirts.
If you do not have support, a central meeting point in Tangier (city center, station or port) will be communicated to you the day before by WhatsApp. Please arrive 10–15 minutes early. The driver will welcome you directly for a simple and quick departure.
What to expect
The traveler selects the service and confirms his reservation. An immediate confirmation is sent with all the essential details.
2. Confirmation & coordination
Our team checks the reservation and organizes transportation. The departure time, the pick-up point and the driver's information are confirmed in advance (WhatsApp or message).
3. Contact before departure
The day before the service, the driver or operator contacts the customer to reconfirm the schedule and respond to any special request.
4. Pick-up / appointment
* With support: departure from the hotel or accommodation
* Without support: meeting at the central meeting point in Tangier
The driver welcomes you and checks the reservation.
5. Comfortable transfer
Travel by air-conditioned and private/shared vehicle according to the reservation, with the possibility of breaks (coffee, meals, photos).
6. Arrival at destination
Drop off directly at the address indicated (hotel, riad or agreed point in Marrakech).
7. Return assistance (if applicable)
For round-trip services, the same process is applied for the return journey with prior coordination of schedules.
