This stargazing tour is designed for travelers who want to truly understand the sky.
During the experience, highly trained guides will explain the night sky in a simple and enjoyable way, using powerful telescopes and clear visual examples.
At the end of the tour, you will include:
• How to find the cardinal points using the stars
• How to identify the ecliptic and locate the planets
• Why stars flash and planets do not
Using telescope observations, we will also explore the life cycle of stars, observing different astronomical objects.
The tour is led by expert guides in astronomy, trained in the astronomical education program of San Pedro de Atacama. The founder also teaches basic astronomy classes locally and developed a training school for guides.
The objective is simple:
At the end of the tour, you will truly understand the sky that accompanies us each night.

Meeting and pickup
We are waiting for you at the Apacheta Plazaleta, located at the intersection of Calle Caracoles corner Ignacio Carrera Pinto. At the end of the tour we will drop off passengers at your hotels or as close as possible in case of pedestrian streets or streets enabled only for residents
