Please provide your hotel name and full address when booking. Our team will contact you via WhatsApp or email at least one day before the activity to confirm your pickup time and driver details.
Please be ready in your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before pickup. The driver will wait for up to 10 minutes after the confirmed pickup time.
Pickup times may vary depending on your hotel location, traffic, and selected package. If your accommodation is outside the complimentary pickup area, an additional fee may apply or an alternative meeting point may be arranged.
