Door-to-door service: we pick you up at any hotel, apartment or address in Basel and the surrounding area (within 15 km), including Basel SBB and Basel Badischer Bahnhof. Please enter your exact pickup address when booking. The day before your transfer, your driver will contact you by WhatsApp or SMS with his name and phone number. Drop-off at any address in Zurich or at Zurich Airport.

This activity ends in a different location. You can choose from multiple locations at checkout.

What to expect

1. Booking: Enter your pickup address in Basel and your drop-off address in Zurich (or your flight time for Zurich Airport). You receive instant confirmation.

2. The day before: Your driver contacts you by WhatsApp or SMS with his name, phone number and the vehicle details.

3. Pickup: Your driver waits at your hotel, home or the station entrance with a name sign, helps with your luggage and checks your drop-off address.

4. The journey: Direct route via the A1/A3 motorway, approx. 85–90 km and 1h15 depending on traffic. No other passengers, no stops unless you ask. Bottled water on board; child seats available on request.

5. Drop-off: Door-to-door at your hotel or address in Zurich, or at the departures level of Zurich Airport (Terminal 1 or 2). Your driver unloads your luggage.
