For airport pickups, your driver meets you in the arrivals hall with a name sign and tracks your flight for delays. The day before your transfer, your driver will contact you by WhatsApp or SMS with his name and phone number. Drop-off at any address in Basel.
What to expect

3. Pickup: At the airport, your driver meets you in the arrivals hall with a name sign and tracks your flight for delays. At hotels or addresses, your driver waits at the entrance and helps with your luggage.
4. The journey: Direct route via the A3/A1 motorway, approx. 85–90 km and 1h15 depending on traffic. No other passengers, no stops unless you ask. Bottled water on board; child seats available on request.
5. Drop-off: Door-to-door at your hotel or address in Basel, or at Basel SBB / Basel Badischer Bahnhof. Your driver unloads your luggage.
