Or any hotel or address in Zurich city – please enter your drop-off address when booking. The driver will meet the travelers at their selected pickup location. For hotel pickups, the driver will wait at the hotel entrance or reception. For Bern train station pickups, the driver will contact the travelers in advance and arrange a clear meeting point. For private addresses or other locations, the driver will meet the travelers at the exact address provided in the booking.
What to expect
The day before: Your driver contacts you by WhatsApp or SMS with his name, phone number and the vehicle details.
Pickup: Your driver waits at your hotel, home or Bern station entrance with a name sign and helps with your luggage.
The journey: Direct route via the A1 motorway, approx. 125 km and about 1h15–1h30 depending on traffic. No other passengers, no stops unless you ask. Bottled water on board; child seats available on request.
Drop-off: At the departures level of Zurich Airport (Terminal 1 or 2) or door-to-door at your hotel or address in Zurich. Your driver unloads your luggage.
