How pickup works:
• Staying in Zermatt: Zermatt is car-free, so we meet you at the Matterhorn Terminal in Täsch. Take the Zermatt Shuttle train (12 min, every 20 minutes from 05:55; ticket approx. CHF 17.20 return, free with Swiss Travel Pass) and your driver will be waiting with a name sign.
• Staying in Täsch or nearby (within 20 km, e.g. Randa, St. Niklaus): we pick you up directly at your hotel, chalet or address – please enter it when booking.
• Early flights: if you need to leave before the first shuttle train, contact us and we will help arrange an authorised electric taxi from your Zermatt hotel to Täsch (extra local cost, confirmed in advance).
The day before your transfer, your driver contacts you by WhatsApp or SMS with his name, phone number and vehicle details. Skis, snowboards and ski boots travel inside the vehicle. Drop-off at Zurich Airport (departures, Terminal 1 or 2) or at any address in Zurich.
Recommended departure from Täsch: about 6 hours before long-haul flights and 5 hours before European flights, especially on winter Saturdays.
What to expect
2. The day before: Your driver contacts you by WhatsApp or SMS with his name, phone number and vehicle details. We can help you plan the right shuttle train from Zermatt.
3. Pickup: Take the Zermatt Shuttle train to Täsch (12 min). Your driver waits at the Matterhorn Terminal with a name sign and loads your luggage, skis and snowboards inside the vehicle. If you stay in Täsch or nearby, we pick you up at your door.
4. The journey: Direct private transfer of about 270 km and 3h30, on the fastest route of the season. In winter we use the Lötschberg car train (Goppenstein–Kandersteg, fee included). Winter tyres and snow chains on board. One short comfort break on request. Bottled water; child seats free on request.
5. Drop-off: At the departures level of Zurich Airport (Terminal 1 or 2) or door-to-door at your hotel or address in Zurich. Your driver unloads your luggage and ski equipment.
