Meeting and pickup
Your driver meets you in the arrivals hall with a name sign, next to the exit of your terminal. We monitor your flight, so a delay is not a problem and waiting time of up to 60 minutes is free. Pickup from any hotel or address in Zurich city is also included. Please send us your flight number, your hotel address in Andermatt and the number of ski or snowboard bags when booking.
What to expect
2. Arrival: We track your flight in real time. If you are delayed, your driver simply waits, with 60 minutes of free waiting time included.
3. Meet & greet: Your professional driver meets you in the arrivals hall with a name sign, helps with all luggage and ski equipment, and walks you to the vehicle.
4. The journey: A direct, private ride of about 2 hours along Lake Lucerne and through the Gotthard region to Andermatt. No shared stops and no other passengers. A short comfort break is possible on request. All tolls and the Swiss vignette are included, and in winter our vehicles run on winter tyres and carry snow chains.
5. Drop-off: Your driver takes you to the door of The Chedi Andermatt, your hotel, chalet or apartment, and helps unload your luggage and skis.
