What to expect
You woke up in Italy. Don't spend your morning on a bus.
A 2 hour morning experience for 8 guests only.
We meet at 9 AM in front of the Cathedral, just a short walk from the port .No buses, no rush, and plenty of time to get back before departure.
We stroll through sunny piazzas to the morning market, where locals do their daily shopping.
You will taste what Italians take home for their own table: warm focaccia, olives, prosciutto sliced to order, tender porchetta, creamy mozzarella di bufala, 24-month Parmigiano, all with a glass of local wine.
Then we taste Italy's black gold: Giusti Banda Rossa from Modena, made since 1605 and aged 20 years in casks from the 1700s. Once reserved only as a family gift.
We finish with a secret we never reveal online: our legendary gelato from 1949 with three drops of that aged balsamic. A combination 99% of visitors never try.
