Set in the quiet beauty of the Blue Ridge Mountains, this isn’t a studio with mirrors or walls. It’s open air, wide sky, and the gentle presence of horses nearby. As you move through a mellow, accessible flow, you’re not just stretching your body—you’re settling your nervous system.

The horses often share the space in their own way. Sometimes they graze quietly beside you. Sometimes they wander closer, curious and aware. Their presence has a way of bringing you out of your head and into the moment—where breath, body, and awareness meet.

Each session is intentionally unhurried. There’s no pressure to perform, no need to “get it right.” It’s about tuning in, softening, and allowing yourself to slow down in a way that’s hard to find in everyday life.

What to expect

Taught on our serene 800-square-foot yoga deck overlooking the horses and majestic Western North Carolina mountains, this 75-minute mindful, medium-paced Vinyasa class offers a truly immersive and rejuvenating experience. If inclement weather class is taught in the big barn.

Designed to awaken your energy while maintaining a steady, accessible pace, this practice offers a balanced workout that strengthens, engages both muscles and fascia, and revitalizes. In Sanskrit, "Vinyasa" means "special placement," reflecting the intentional movement and connection with the breath that forms the foundation of this practice. With flowing sequences and moments of guided meditation, each posture invites you to deepen your awareness and presence. Through mindful transitions, meditative pauses, and the perfect interplay of effort and ease, you’ll create space to connect deeply with yourself and the present moment. Ideal for those seeking a dynamic yet calming practice, this class will leave you refreshed, centered, and peacefully energized—all while surrounded by the natural beauty and serenity of our breathtaking environment and the energy of the herd.
