What to expect
After booking, you will receive a confirmation email with your tour details and local operator contact information.
2. Communication with Tour Operator
You can contact the tour operator via messaging, email, or WhatsApp to confirm your pickup time, location, flight details, and any special requests.
3. Pre-Tour Coordination
All final details will be confirmed in advance, including your pickup location (airport or hotel), driver information, and vehicle type.
If you are arriving by flight, please share your flight number so the driver can track your arrival time. Pickup from a different location can also be arranged if needed.
4. Pickup
Your driver/tour guide will meet you at your agreed pickup location.
If you are arriving at Bandaranaike International Airport, the driver will wait at the arrival area holding a sign with your name, assist with your luggage, and guide you to your vehicle.
If your flight is delayed, your driver will wait for you using your flight details.
If pickup is from a hotel or another location, the driver will arrive at the agreed time and place.
5. Tour Journey Begins
Your private tour starts according to the plan, with flexibility to make stops or adjustments along the way.
6. Sightseeing & Transfers
Your driver will take you comfortably between destinations. You can explore popular places such as Colombo (the capital city), Kandy (cultural heritage city), Sigiriya (famous rock fortress), Galle (historic coastal city), Ella (scenic hill country), and Nuwara Eliya (tea plantation region).
Stops for sightseeing, meals, and rest breaks can be arranged during the journey.
7. Final Drop-off
At the end of the tour, you will be dropped off at your hotel or the airport on time as planned.
