Your signature welcome includes chilled bottled water, a non-alcoholic beverage and a premium packaged snack. Travelers may request a quiet ride, light conversation or personalized music. Before pickup, the lead traveler receives the driver’s name, contact information, vehicle description, license plate number and exact meeting instructions.
What's Included
Meeting and pickup
For airport pickups, collect your luggage and proceed to the designated passenger pickup area outside your arrival terminal. Your driver will call or text with the exact terminal door or pickup-zone number, along with the driver’s name, vehicle make, color and license plate number.
For hotel, residence and business pickups, meet your driver outside the main entrance at the scheduled time. For Union Station, meet outside the main entrance facing Columbus Circle. Please be ready 10 minutes before pickup and keep the phone number provided during booking available so your driver can contact you.
What to expect
Travelers select their preferred vehicle option and provide the pickup address, destination, requested pickup time, number of passengers and luggage count. Airport travelers must also provide their airline, flight number, arrival time and terminal.
2. Reservation confirmation
The pickup and drop-off locations will be reviewed to confirm that they are within the available service area. The traveler will receive confirmation of the scheduled pickup time and transportation details.
3. Before pickup
Before the scheduled service, the lead traveler will receive the driver’s name, contact information, vehicle description, license plate number and exact meeting instructions.
4. Meeting the driver
Airport travelers will meet the driver at the designated passenger pickup area for their terminal. Hotel, residence and event pickups will take place outside the main entrance or designated passenger-loading area.
5. Private transportation
Travelers will receive direct, private transportation in an executive sedan, black SUV or passenger van based on the option selected. The route will be based on the confirmed pickup and drop-off locations, traffic conditions and applicable road restrictions.
6. Drop-off
Travelers will be dropped off at the confirmed airport terminal, hotel, residence, business, cruise terminal, train station, event venue or other approved destination. Transportation is private and exclusively for the booking party.
