Our guides also strive to assist non-swimmers and less confident swimmers so everyone can enjoy the experience comfortably.

What's Included
Meeting and pickup
For guests requesting hotel pickup, we will meet you in your hotel lobby where our drivers will be holding a sign with the lead guest’s name. Pickup times vary depending on your hotel location and will be communicated at least 24 hours before your tour.
Feel free to bring along anything that would make your experience more enjoyable, including drinks, food, towels, or other personal items. We provide these essentials, but guests are always welcome to bring their own.
We also recommend dressing to get wet, as you may be splashed from time to time during the tour.
