Discover their sustainable permaculture finca in one of the green lungs of Puerto de la Cruz, between sea and Teide. Surrounded by over 250 plant species, you will explore the ecological diversity, their food forest, vegetable garden and plant rearing, learn more about their plant water filters and recycling methods. In the greenhouse, in the shade of the Maracujas, you can sample a fresh snack straight from the garden.

Patrick, co-founder, shows you around in person and introduces you to the vision. In the syntropical food forest you will discover a multi-layered ecosystem of exotic fruit trees. Between the beds, we show you why healthy soil is the basis of their work and how bananas can be integrated into a resource-efficient ecosystem without chemical fertilizers. From colorful banana varieties and spicy chilies to Permaculture Principles, you get exclusive behind-the-scenes insights.
