Private Mount Fuji Sushi Roll＆ Matcha Experience near Sapporo

Join a private sushi and matcha experience in a cozy Japanese home in Hokkaido.
You will be welcomed with Japanese green tea served in beautiful Japanese glassware, creating a relaxing start to your experience.

First, you will make pink sushi rice using beet-colored vinegar.
Then, learn the basics of sushi making by creating a simple sushi roll( hosomaki ).
Next, create a beautiful Mount Fuji sushi roll step by step using colorful ingredients.
This activity features the Mount Fuji sushi roll. If you would prefer to make a flower sushi roll instead, please let us know after your booking is confirmed. Please note that all participants in the same booking will make the same sushi roll design.

After making sushi, enjoy a relaxing matcha experience with Japanese seasonal sweets.
