Pickup in a Private Vehicle (Van)
Clients should wait at the agreed pickup point (hotel, accommodation, or specified address) at the confirmed time.
The driver will arrive in a comfortable and easily identifiable van. Before pickup, guests will receive confirmation with the vehicle details and direct contact information for any coordination.
For hotel pickups, it is recommended to wait at the main entrance. For apartments or private addresses, the pickup point will be the exact location provided in advance.
For added convenience, the driver will be available by phone or WhatsApp in case assistance or real-time adjustments are needed.
