From here, enjoy open views where the river meets the Atlantic, framed by the impressive Arrábida Bridge. This is one of the most scenic and lesser-known viewpoints of Porto.
Discover Porto’s modern side as you pass by Casa da Música and follow Boavista Avenue, one of the city’s main urban axes leading towards the coast. The route continues through the City Park, the largest urban park in Portugal, with a possible stop to enjoy its green spaces and relaxed atmosphere, before reaching the seaside near Castelo do Queijo.

Explore the coastal side of Porto, where the Douro River meets the Atlantic Ocean. This area includes Passeio Alegre, the river mouth, lighthouses and historic fortresses such as São João Baptista, with the opportunity to enjoy a coffee and a traditional pastel de nata (Portuguese custard tart) by the sea. From here, the route continues along the scenic riverfront, passing through traditional neighborhoods like Miragaia and the historic Alfândega area, gradually returning to the city center.
