What's Included
Meeting and pickup
After collecting your luggage, please proceed to the designated pickup area for your JFK Airport terminal. Your driver will meet you at the agreed pickup location and assist with your luggage.
Please provide your flight number and mobile phone number when booking so we can monitor your flight and coordinate your pickup. Your driver will wait for you according to the applicable waiting-time policy in case of flight delays.
If you cannot locate your driver, please contact us using the phone number provided on your booking confirmation. Please do not leave the terminal or arrange alternative transportation without contacting us first.
For hotel or residential pickups in New York City, please be ready at the designated pickup location at your scheduled pickup time.
What to expect
For airport arrivals, we monitor your flight status and adjust the pickup timing if your flight is delayed. Your driver will be sent to the airport based on your updated arrival time. Up to 60 minutes free waiting time after flight actual arrival time.
Standard pickup is curbside pickup. Meet-and-greet service inside the terminal is also available upon request for an additional fee.
Your driver will hold a sign displaying the lead passenger’s name on the vehicle windshield and will contact you through WhatsApp when they arrive. If needed, passengers can use the airport or hotel’s available Wi-Fi/free internet connection to contact their driver.
Our 24/7 customer support team is available throughout your trip to assist with pickup coordination, flight updates, driver communication, and any unexpected issues, helping ensure a smooth and comfortable transfer.
