Your driver will meet you in the arrivals hall with a sign bearing your name. Once you've collected your luggage and cleared customs, they will take you directly to your hotel without any stops. We monitor all flights and will adjust the pickup times accordingly.

3 Flight monitoring — On the day of your arrival, we monitor your flight in real time. If your flight is delayed, we adjust automatically at no extra charge.
4 Airport arrival — After landing at Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ), collect your luggage and clear customs.
5 Meet your driver — Exit the arrivals hall and head to the designated meeting area. Your driver will be waiting with a sign with your name.
6 Direct transfer — Board your private minivan and relax. No stops, no detours — just a smooth, comfortable ride to your destination.
7 Hotel drop-off — Your driver will take you directly to the main entrance of your hotel, where your vacation officially begins.
