Gatwick Airport: Direct Train Transfer to Central London

1. Online Booking & Voucher Receipt
Select your travel date and preferred ticket type and direction (Gatwick to London Victoria or vice versa). After completing payment, you will immediately receive a Viator confirmation voucher via email.
2. Receive Your Official eTicket
Within a few minutes of booking, your official Gatwick Express eTicket will arrive. You must use the Gatwick Express eTicket to board the train. The initial Viator voucher is not valid for entry at the station barriers. If your eTicket does not arrive within an hour of booking, please contact us at Viator customer support.
3. Arrive at the Station
At Gatwick Airport: Proceed directly to the train station located inside the South Terminal. If you land at the North Terminal, take the free 24/7 inter-terminal shuttle monorail (a 2-minute ride) straight to the station.
At Central London: Head to London Victoria Station and follow the signs for the designated Gatwick Express platforms.
4. Scan & Pass Through Barriers
Approach the automated ticket gates. Open your official Gatwick Express eTicket on your smartphone (ensure screen brightness is turned up), and scan the barcode on the gate reader to pass through instantly.
5. Boarding & On-Board Comfort
Board any scheduled Gatwick Express train departing on your travel date.
Luggage: Store your suitcases safely in the dedicated, spacious luggage racks near the doors.
Amenities: Enjoy free high-speed Wi-Fi and power outlets at every seat.
6. Arrival & Drop-Off
Relax during your swift 30-minute non-stop transfer directly to your destination station:
London Victoria: Scan out through the barriers to connect directly to the London Underground (Victoria, District, and Circle lines), city buses, or taxis.
Gatwick Airport: Exit through the barriers directly into the South Terminal departure/arrival halls.
7. Return validity
If you purchased a return ticket, your return leg is valid for one month from the date selected.
