Experience: Walk through the iconic pickled-cabbage-jar-shaped gate and stroll along Taobao Ancient Street. With an English guide, you'll learn about the unique qualities of Rongchang Pottery: 'red as jujube, thin as paper, sounds like a chime, shiny as a mirror.' You'll also have the chance to meet local artisans face-to-face and hear the story of how this millennia-old craft evolved from everyday utensils to artistic treasures.
