This private day is hosted by Clement and Flora, two young locals who share a genuine connection to the city. Flora was born and raised in Hangzhou, while Clement grew up abroad but has long-standing family roots here through his grandmother. Together, we offer both an insider’s familiarity and an international traveler’s perspective.
Rather than following a fixed sightseeing checklist, we plan the trip around what you actually enjoy. You might wander through quiet corners of West Lake, visit a hillside temple, stop for a meal we genuinely like, discover a hidden café, or end the evening with a drink. There are no compulsory attractions, shopping stops, or generic group-tour meals. The goal is simply to help you experience Hangzhou in a relaxed, personal, and memorable way.

Meeting and pickup
Pickup is available from most hotels and addresses in central Hangzhou, including the West Lake area and Hangzhou East Railway Station. Please provide your hotel name or exact address when booking. Pickup from Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport or areas outside central Hangzhou may be arranged with advance notice and may require an additional transfer fee.
The meeting point is flexible and can be arranged based on your location.
