Meeting and pickup
Pickup is included for travelers within our coverage area in Punta Cana and Bavaro. On the day of the excursion, the driver will contact the traveler to confirm the exact pick-up time and point.
Please wait at the front entrance or lobby of your hotel at least 10 minutes in advance. If the hotel requires internal transportation to reach the main entrance, we recommend requesting it in advance. It is important to provide an active WhatsApp number to facilitate communication and coordinate collection.
