Meeting and pickup
Airport Pickups: Your chauffeur will monitor your flight status. For "Meet & Greet" service, your driver will meet you at the arrivals hall with a name sign. For curbside pickup, please contact your driver once you have collected your luggage.
Hotel Pickups: Please meet your chauffeur at the main entrance/valet area of the hotel 5–10 minutes before your scheduled departure.
Gillette Stadium & Events: Pickup locations at stadiums are subject to local traffic control. Your chauffeur will coordinate a specific meeting point via text or call 30 minutes before the end of the event.
Communication: You will receive your driver’s name and contact number 24 hours before your trip. Please ensure your mobile phone is turned on upon arrival.
What to expect
Once your booking is confirmed, our dispatch team begins tracking your flight or monitoring local traffic to ensure a punctual arrival.
Step 2: Chauffeur Assignment
24 hours before your trip, you will receive your driver’s name, photo, and direct mobile number via text/email.
Step 3: Identification & Pickup
Your chauffeur will arrive in a late-model luxury vehicle (Sedan or SUV). At airports, look for your driver at the designated Limo Stand holding a digital name sign. For hotel or residential pickups, your driver will be waiting at the main entrance or curbside.
Step 4: The Journey
Enjoy a direct, stress-free route in a climate-controlled cabin. We provide complimentary bottled water, high-speed Wi-Fi, and charging ports to keep you connected.
Step 5: Drop-off
Your chauffeur will assist with all luggage and ensure you are dropped off exactly at the door of your destination in MA, RI, DC, FL, or CA.
