The Pantheon is an ancient Roman temple in Rome, originally built around 27 BCE and later rebuilt by Emperor Hadrian in the 2nd century CE. It is famous for its massive concrete dome, which remains the largest unreinforced dome in the world, and its central oculus that opens to the sky. Originally dedicated to all Roman gods, it now serves as a church and is one of the best-preserved monuments of ancient Rome.
