Escape Marrakech for a full day in the High Atlas Mountains, where green valleys and rushing rivers replace the busy medina streets. Your private driver takes you into the Ourika Valley, stopping first in a traditional Berber village to meet local families and visit a women's argan oil cooperative a rare, hands on look at rural mountain life in Morocco.
From Setti Fatma, a local guide leads a moderate hike along the river to a series of cascading waterfalls tucked into the hillside accessible to most fitness levels, with plenty of stops to take in the views. Afterwards, sit down to a traditional Moroccan lunch at a riverside spot with valley views,before the drive back to Marrakech in the late afternoon.
