The day begins at a peaceful mountain house set at elevation, surrounded by nature, with views over the Vallès and, on clear days, Barcelona. Guests enjoy a gentle yoga and breathwork session, followed by a relaxed walk through the mountains. Along the way, there is a pause in nature to enjoy an outdoor brunch.

The experience continues with access to natural thermal baths, where warm spring water creates a moment of deep relaxation.

Back at the house, there is time to unwind and close the day with a calm meditation.

Please arrive 10–15 minutes before the scheduled meeting time. The meeting point is at Plaça de Catalunya (next to the statue “La Navegación” by Eusebi Arnau). Look for your guide holding a distinctive umbrella.

If you prefer, you can also arrive directly by car to the location in Caldes de Montbui. Detailed instructions will be shared after booking.

The meeting point is a private mountain house in El Farell, Caldes de Montbui (Carrer de la Cadernera, 3), about a 10-minute uphill drive from the town center. Follow the road next to Camping El Pasqualet and continue uphill. Detailed access instructions will be shared after booking.

What to expect

During this full-day experience, you will spend the day in nature just outside Barcelona, combining movement, relaxation and time to disconnect.

The experience begins at a mountain house set at elevation, surrounded by nature, with open views over the Vallès and, on clear days, all the way to Barcelona.

We start with a gentle yoga and breathwork session to awaken the body and calm the mind. Then, we head into the mountains for a relaxed scenic walk, with beautiful views and moments to pause and enjoy the surroundings. During the walk, we stop in nature to enjoy an outdoor brunch.

After the walk, we visit the thermal baths of Caldes de Montbui, dating back to Roman times, where natural spring water emerges at high temperature (around 70°C at its source), creating a unique and deeply relaxing experience.

Back at the house, there is time to unwind and close the day with a short guided meditation, leaving you with a sense of calm and reconnection.
