Once you have landed and collected your luggage, your driver may contact you to coordinate pickup. If you do not see your driver, please call us. For hotel or custom pickups, simply enter your location during booking, as we offer convenient door-to-door service.
After collecting your luggage, proceed to the Arrivals level of Calgary International Airport. Your driver will be waiting near Door 12 in the arrivals hall, holding a sign with your name. If you have trouble locating your driver, please call the number provided on your booking confirmation.
