This 7 days journey takes you beyond Japan’s major cities to explore historic regional towns, traditional landscapes, and cultural sites at a comfortable pace. Starting in Tokyo, the itinerary leads you through Takayama, Shirakawa-go, and Kanazawa before returning to the capital, combining scenic travel with cultural discovery.
This tour is a small-group experience limited to a maximum of 10 participants. With fewer guests, you can enjoy clear and attentive guidance at each sightseeing stop, while traveling comfortably in a private chartered bus, similar to a group tour.

Welcome to Tokyo! Transfer to Hotel by public transportation. (on your own arrangement)
Visit Asakusa Temple and Nakamise Street (A historic area centered around Senso-ji Temple)
Visit Imperial Palace (The Imperial residence surrounded by scenic gardens)
Visit to Shibuya Scramble Crossing and Hachiko Dog Statue (The world’s busiest crossing and a famous loyalty statue)
Visit Meiji Jingu Shrine (Shinto shrine in Tokyo dedicated to Emperor Meiji, surrounded by a tranquil forest.)
Take the Shinkansen (bullet train) and limited express train from Tokyo to Takayama.(approx.4.5h)
After arrive in Takayama,sightseeing in the city, including a visit to the historic Sanmachi Street (beautifully preserved historic district lined with traditional wooden merchant houses from the Edo period)
Visit the Takayama Morning Market (lively morning market offering fresh local produce, handmade crafts, and regional specialties)
Viist the Takayama Jinya (lively morning market offering fresh local produce, handmade crafts, and regional specialties)
Visit Shirakawa-go Village (Traditional Gassho-Zukuri Houses and the Shiroyama Observatory)
Visit Omicho market (Bustling market known as “Kanazawa’s kitchen,” famous for its fresh seafood and local delicacies)
Walk through Nagamachi Samurai District (Historic district with preserved samurai residences and traditional streets)
Explore Kenrokuen garden (One of Japan’s most famous gardens) and enjoy Tea ceremony experience (A cultural experience of preparing and enjoying Japanese tea)
Take the Shinkansen (bullet train) back to Tokyo. After checking in to the hotel, the afternoon is free for leisure. Enjoy your final shopping and activities.
Transfer to Narita/Haneda International Airport by public transportation. (on your own arrangement) Leave for home.
