1. Booking & Confirmation
After you book, you'll receive a confirmation email with our contact details. We'll reach out within 24 hours to confirm your pickup time, location, and any special requests (e.g., child seat, specific vehicle, or must-see attractions).

2. Before Your Trip
One day prior: Your driver will send you a WhatsApp message or email to reconfirm the pickup time and share the vehicle details (license plate, model, color).

Evening before: Double-check your hotel address and meeting point. Your driver will wait at the hotel lobby.

3. Pickup – Morning of Your Tour
9:00 AM (or your chosen time): Your driver arrives early at your hotel lobby, holding a sign with your name.

Greeting & assistance: Driver helps load your luggage, offers bottled water, and reviews your planned itinerary with you. No rush – you can adjust stops anytime.

4. During the Day – You're in Control
Flexible pacing: Spend as long as you like at each attraction. Your driver waits nearby.

Local tips: Need lunch recommendations? Ask your driver – they know authentic local restaurants off the tourist path.

Change of plans? Just tell your driver. Want to skip a garden and go shopping instead? No problem.

Vehicle comfort: Clean, air-conditioned car with spacious seats. Relax between stops.

5. Drop-off – End of Your Day
5:00 PM (or after 8 hours): Your driver returns you to your hotel or any downtown location of your choice.

Final check: Driver helps unload luggage, confirms you're satisfied, and says goodbye.

6. After Your Trip
We'll send you a follow-up email (optional) asking for feedback. If you loved the experience, please leave a review. If anything could be improved, we'd love to hear it directly.

Vehicle & Pricing
The price shown is for our base vehicles: Buick GL8 (7-seat MPV) or Nissan Teana / Volkswagen Passat (5-seat sedan) or Tesla (5-seat electric sedan).

If you prefer a luxury vehicle (e.g., Mercedes E-Class, Audi A6, BMW 5 Series, Mercedes V-Class, Toyota Alphard) or a larger vehicle (9–53 seats), the price will be different. Please contact us before booking or select the correct vehicle option if available.

⏱️ Daily Package Limits
Your full‑day charter includes 8 hours of service and 100 kilometers of driving.

Extra time: Anything beyond 8 hours is charged at CNY 50–100 per hour (depending on vehicle type).

Extra distance: Anything beyond 100 km is charged at CNY 4–10 per km (depending on vehicle type).
