Meeting and pickup
Pickup is located just outside the Costa Maya Cruise Port.
After exiting the port, walk through the shopping area toward the main exit. Our team will be waiting for you with a sign that says "Costa Maya Paradise".
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before departure time.
We monitor all cruise ship schedules and guarantee on-time return to your ship.
Easy and safe meeting point just steps from the port.
