An immersive cooking class exploring the origins and secrets of arancine, a symbol of Sicilian tradition. Under Ileana’s expert guidance, guests will prepare the classic butter filling and observe the preparation of the risotto, an essential step for achieving perfect arancine, as well as the shaping and filling of the golden rice balls, which will then be cooked using traditional techniques. At the end of the class, guests will enjoy freshly fried arancine accompanied by an excellent Sicilian wine, and will receive a digital recipe to take home and recreate the flavors of Sicily.

What to expect
