What to expect
1. Before landing
We track your flight and adjust pickup timing for delays. The driver’s name plus vehicle model, color, and plate number are sent 12–24 hours before pickup.
2. Meet and greet
After baggage claim and customs, enter the arrivals hall. Your driver waits at the agreed meeting area with a sign showing the lead traveler’s name.
3. Waiting time
Complimentary waiting is included from the actual landing time: 60 minutes for international arrivals and 30 minutes for domestic arrivals. Extra waiting may incur a charge.
4. If meeting is difficult
Stay in the arrivals hall and contact our online support through your confirmed booking contact channel. We coordinate until you meet the driver.
5. Direct private ride
The driver assists with luggage and takes your party directly to the confirmed Guangzhou hotel, venue, or address. There is no shared ride.

Meet the driver in your hotel lobby or at the confirmed address. Please be ready 5 minutes before pickup. Allow at least 3 hours before an international flight or 2 hours before a domestic flight, plus road travel time.
Please provide:
• Flight number and date
• Hotel, venue, or full pickup/drop-off address
• Passenger and luggage count
• Child-seat request, if needed
