Waiting time
Airport pickup includes 60 minutes from the actual landing time. Monitored flight delays automatically adjust the pickup.
Private transfer
Travel directly to your Beijing hotel or address in an air-conditioned vehicle. Journey time is commonly 60–90 minutes and can be longer during peak traffic, depending on destination.

BEIJING DEPARTURE: CITY TO PKX
We confirm the pickup point and send the driver and vehicle information in advance. Be ready in the lobby five minutes before pickup. If the hotel entrance cannot be reached by car, we arrange the nearest legal meeting point.
For international flights, we recommend leaving at least three hours before departure; for domestic flights, at least two hours. Allow extra time during weekday peaks and holidays.
