After collecting your luggage and exiting customs, please proceed to the Arrival Hall. Your driver will be waiting at the designated meeting area holding a sign with your name.

You will receive your driver’s name, phone number, and vehicle information via WhatsApp approximately 12–24 hours before arrival.
Flight Monitoring
We monitor your flight in real time. If your flight is delayed, your driver will adjust accordingly at no additional charge.
