Before you travel

Hotel pickup
Meet the driver in the lobby or at the nearest legal vehicle access point. Please be ready five minutes before the scheduled time.

Remain in the arrivals hall and contact our online support team. We continue coordinating until you meet.
Waiting time
Airport pickup includes 60 minutes from the actual landing time. Monitored flight delays automatically adjust the pickup.
Private transfer
Travel directly to your Hangzhou hotel or address in an air-conditioned vehicle. There is no ride sharing or unnecessary detour. The typical journey takes 40–70 minutes, depending on traffic and destination.
HOTEL DEPARTURE: HANGZHOU TO HGH
We confirm the pickup point and send the driver and vehicle information in advance. Be ready in the lobby five minutes before pickup. If the entrance cannot be reached by car, we arrange the nearest legal meeting point.
For international flights, we recommend leaving at least three hours before departure; for domestic flights, at least two hours. Allow additional time during rain, holidays, and peak traffic.
