Before you travel

Chongqing buildings often connect to roads on different levels. We confirm the hotel lobby or nearest legal vehicle access point when the map pin is unclear. Please be ready five minutes before pickup.

Waiting time
Airport pickup includes 60 minutes from the actual landing time. Monitored flight delays automatically adjust the pickup.
Private transfer
Travel directly to your Chongqing hotel or address in an air-conditioned vehicle, with no ride sharing or unnecessary detour. Because Chongqing has roads and entrances on multiple levels, we confirm the correct lobby or nearest legal vehicle access point when needed. The typical journey takes 30–60 minutes, depending on traffic and destination.
Families and groups
Sedan/SUV, MPV, 9-seat van, 16-seat minibus, coach, or coordinated vehicles can be arranged. Final capacity is confirmed from passenger count, luggage, child seats, and mobility equipment.
HOTEL DEPARTURE: CHONGQING TO CKG
We confirm the pickup point and send the driver and vehicle information in advance. Be ready in the lobby five minutes before pickup. If the entrance cannot be reached by car, we arrange the nearest legal meeting point.
For international flights, we recommend leaving at least three hours before departure; for domestic flights, at least two hours. Allow additional time during holidays and peak traffic.
