For cruise-port pickup, please share your ship name, terminal, expected disembarkation time, and batch. We send the driver and vehicle details and confirm the meeting instructions before travel. After completing arrival checks and collecting your luggage, meet the driver in the arrivals hall and look for a sign with the lead traveler’s name. If your disembarkation time changes, contact our online support so we can coordinate.

For airport pickup, provide your flight number and terminal; we monitor the flight and confirm where to meet in arrivals. For hotel pickup, meet in the lobby or at the nearest permitted vehicle-access point.

What to expect

Before travel: Choose a transfer to the port, from the port, or a round trip. Share your cruise line’s check-in deadline or expected disembarkation window, your flight or city address, and the number and size of your bags. We confirm a vehicle that fits both your group and luggage.

To the cruise: We collect you from PVG, SHA, or a central Shanghai address and drive to the confirmed Wusongkou terminal. Plan your pickup around the cruise line’s check-in deadline—not just the ship’s sailing time—and allow extra time for traffic and port procedures.

After the cruise: Travel from Wusongkou to your booked airport or Shanghai address. For a round trip, both legs are arranged in advance. Journey time varies by route and traffic.
