What to expect

After you collect your luggage and exit customs, please proceed to the International Arrival Hall. Your driver will be waiting at the designated meeting area, holding a name sign with your name on it.
2. DRIVER CONTACT:
You will receive your driver's name, phone number, and vehicle details via WhatsApp/SMS approximately 24 hours before your arrival. Please save this information before your flight.
3. FLIGHT MONITORING:
We monitor your flight status in real time. There is no extra charge for flight delays — your driver will adjust pickup time accordingly.
4. FREE WAITING TIME:
- 60 minutes of free waiting time from your flight's actual landing time
- Additional waiting time may incur extra charges
5. IF YOU CANNOT FIND YOUR DRIVER:
Please do NOT leave the arrival hall. Call or WhatsApp your driver immediately using the contact details provided. Our 24/7 support team is also available to assist.

1. PICKUP LOCATION:
Your driver will pick you up at your hotel lobby or the address you provide at the scheduled pickup time.
2. RECOMMENDED PICKUP TIME:
We recommend being picked up at least:
- 3 hours before international flights
- 2 hours before domestic flights
Travel time from downtown Shanghai to PVG is approximately 45-75 minutes depending on traffic.

4. ON THE PICKUP DAY:
