After landing, follow the "Arrival / Immigration" signs. Before the immigration counters, look for our staff holding a "Love Vietnam" sign. Staff will verify your details and guide you to the priority immigration lane to help reduce your waiting time. The service ends once you complete immigration clearance.
⚠️ Signs do not show travelers' names. Please look for the "Love Vietnam" sign.
⚠️ This is a priority assistance service, NOT a queue-free or VIP lane. Waiting time depends on airport traffic and immigration officers on the day.

※ Book at least 3 days in advance with the correct flight number (e.g. VN579, not the PNR) and arrival date/time.
※ Contact us via WhatsApp (+886 916351972), LINE (@itourvisa) or email ([email protected]) at least 48 hours before departure with your order number to confirm the meeting details. Otherwise, the service may not be available on-site.

- Staff will guide you to the priority lane but cannot enter the immigration queue with you. Please stay in the designated lane. The service ends once you complete immigration clearance.
- If you cannot find the staff, contact us immediately via WhatsApp or LINE with your order number and a photo of your location, and wait where you are.
- No service between 02:00 and 05:00, as the airport usually operates only one immigration lane during these hours.
- During peak hours, waiting may take longer than usual, but this service still saves you a lot of time. Immediate clearance is not guaranteed.
- This service is not available to Vietnamese passport holders.
- This service is for e-visa holders. Travelers with a visa on arrival will be charged a USD 6 waiting fee on site and must prepare their own forms and photos.
- Chinese passport holders must bring USD 5 and 2 passport photos (4x6 cm or 2x2 inches) for arrival.
- If you leave the designated lane or clear immigration on your own without contacting us, the service is considered used and is non-refundable.
- Children are defined as travelers under 11 years old on the service date.
- Please provide each traveler's passport nationality in the booking notes.
- This service does not include airport transfers. At checkout, please enter "N/A" for the drop-off or pick-up location.
