Meeting and pickup
Customers will be welcomed at the office, and then accompanied to the place where the cooking class will be held (5 min walk).
What to expect
In this practical experience you will learn step by step how to make the most iconic dishes of Puglia, using simple and local ingredients. We will guide you in the preparation of the dough, in the correct processing technique and in the formation of the typical orecchiette and focaccia, just as it was once done in Apulian homes.
The activity is designed to be engaging and accessible to everyone, even those who have no experience in cooking. During the course you will not only cook, but also discover curiosities, traditions and stories related to the gastronomic culture of the territory.
At the end of the lesson, you can taste orecchiette and focaccia prepared by you and also taste some small dishes typical of the Apulian tradition, in a convivial and relaxed atmosphere that recalls the true local hospitality.
