Discover the secrets to making the best homemade pizza that tastes like it’s straight from Italy! Join JoJo or her expert team for a pizza-making class where you’ll learn to create authentic pizza dough and choose from a variety of toppings to craft your perfect pizza.

In this hands-on workshop, you’ll start with expertly prepared dough, allowing you to dive straight into the fun of topping and baking. Whether you stick to Italian classics or get creative with your own unique combinations, the choice is yours!

Please meet us in the cafe at or the seating area at Tradestars Islington, there are loos and a cafe as soon as you come in.

What to expect

Firstly, place a pin in one of our maps to break the ice and let us know where you've travelled from! Whether you're from down the road, or a continent away, we love a chance to get to know you.

Then as you tie your aprons and sit down, get started with how to make your very own pizza dough to take home at the end.

As we won't have time for that dough to prove, we bring out the dough we hand-prepare before every class. This is used to make your pizza (yes, you will be eating it at the end of our class).

Make a sauce that's right for you, stretch your dough, add your toppings.

We'll pop it in the oven to bake. You'll then eat. Maybe with one of your favorite drinks that you have brought along with you.
