Meeting and pickup

Meeting point

We will meet at the Bde Maka Ska NORTH parking lot. The entrance is on Lake Street and it is a pay lot. Look for the blue and orange paddleboards.

End point
This activity ends back at the meeting point.

What to expect

We’ll go over safety procedures and paddling basics then anchor our boards for the SUP yoga class. Class will consist a brief meditative centering, then gentle to moderate poses will be modified specifically for a paddleboard. Savasana (a yogi nap) will follow the flow, where you'll lie down on your board and find inner stillness while gently swaying on top of the water.
