Free pickup covers main hubs (Sanur, Kuta, Seminyak, Legian, Jimbaran, and Nusa Dua). Outer areas like Ubud, Canggu, Uluwatu, or Pecatu require a local transport surcharge of 150,000 IDR per vehicle, payable in cash to your driver.
Be Ready: Please be waiting in your hotel lobby or at the designated villa meeting point 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. To stay on track for the fast boat schedule, our drivers can wait for a maximum of 15 minutes.
Luggage & Gear: Standard light daypacks are perfectly fine. If you are bringing large suitcases, surfboards, or bulky luggage, please notify our team via WhatsApp in advance so we can ensure the vehicle configuration is optimal.
