In this engaging 30-minute workshop, you’ll learn how to properly taste beer using our unique, easy-to-follow technique. We guide you step by step through your first beer, showing you how to truly experience it—from the way you observe its appearance, to how you gently swirl and smell to unlock its aromas. You’ll learn how to take a proper sip, let the beer move across your palate, and notice how the flavors develop, evolve, and linger after each taste.
As you go, we’ll help you identify different flavor profiles, textures, and subtle characteristics that most people miss when casually drinking beer. The focus isn’t just on tasting—it’s on understanding how a beer changes from the first impression to the finish.
Then, it’s your turn. With a second beer, you’ll apply everything you’ve learned and complete your own tasting sheet, building confidence in your ability to analyze and describe beer like a pro.
