Meeting and pickup
For airport pickups: I will be waiting in the arrivals hall of Marrakech Menara Airport (RAK) holding a sign with your name. My phone number will be sent to you after booking so you can reach me directly. For hotel and riad pickups: I will arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled pickup time at the hotel entrance or the nearest car-accessible point to your riad in the medina. Travel safely and comfortably in an air-conditioned private vehicle with bottled water included.
Meet Chames at the taxi stand in front of Café de France on Jemaa el-Fna square. Look for a Mercedes Vito or Kia Sorento. Exact vehicle details and driver contact number will be shared after booking.
What to expect
Step 2 - Arrival and meet and greet: I track your flight in real time, so if it is delayed there is no extra charge. I will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall of Marrakech Menara Airport (RAK) holding a sign with your name. I speak English, French, and Arabic, so communication is easy.
Step 3 - Luggage and vehicle: I help you load your luggage into a clean, air-conditioned private vehicle (Mercedes Vito or Kia Sorento). Bottled water is provided free of charge.
Step 4 - Direct transfer to your hotel or riad: We drive directly to your accommodation in Marrakech. Along the way, I am happy to answer questions, give tips about the city, restaurants, and hidden places most tourists miss.
Step 5 - Drop-off: I drop you off at your hotel entrance. For riads located inside the medina where cars cannot enter, I stop at the closest car-accessible point and help carry your luggage to the riad door. I make sure you arrive safely before I leave.
For departures from your hotel to the airport, the same steps apply in reverse. I arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled pickup time and bring you safely to Marrakech Menara Airport departures terminal.
